postings. Doctors and nurses approach patient care with the utmost respect and compassion.
Supervising the MICU is a dedicated Medical Officer who oversees a team consisting of three senior
residents, two house surgeons, and five staff nurses per session. The MICU emphasizes thorough case
workup, documenting detailed treatment charts for each patient. Challenging cases are regularly
subjected to multidisciplinary discussions, where medical experts from various fields come together to
formulate the most effective treatment plans.

The Special Medical Officer in charge of the ICU conducts rounds and ensures that bystanders are
informed about the prognosis of their loved ones.Paients after achieving stability are transferred from
the ICU to medical wards for further care Thanks to the relentless efforts of the ICU doctors, the
institution maintains an impressively low mortality rate.

Noteworthy and atypical disease presentations encountered within the MICU are also documented and
shared through publications in prestigious international journals, contributing to the advancement of
medical knowledge.
