Patients are admitted from ward and casualty .Postgraduate students along with help of Ward Mos meticulously record case histories and perform initial clinical assessments. As the sun graces the horizon, heralding the dawn of a new day, the faculty embarks on their rounds, commencing at 8 am sharp. Prior to this, the dedicated postgraduates engage in prerounds, ensuring meticulous preparation.

During the grand rounds, the chief physicians imparts wisdom, posing thought-provoking questions, imparting knowledge on the intricacies of clinical medicine examination. The treatment administered is scrutinized, and an all-encompassing plan for each patient is formulated. Within these hallowed walls, the art of history-taking, thorough examination techniques, relevant investigations, and effective treatment are diligently passed down from seasoned doctors to their junior counterparts.

Patients admitted under the care of these wards are blessed with the gift of cost-free treatment, thanks to the RSBY and Medicep schemes. Prior to issuing discharge cards, the faculty meticulously verifies and approves the patients’ progress and well-being.
